Multi-use Photography at ROX Brighton - a collection of 68 designer apartments, penthouses, and two signature townhouses in the heart of the City
The Brief
After an initially unsuccessful launch a new selling agent was instructed to sell all the remaining properties at ROX, Brighton. Bespoke Property Marketing were instructed to provide photography of the show flats, communal facilities, the development's facade and exterior areas.
Exteriors
Occupying a prime central location in the North Laine, Brighton the development boasts a fantastic, eye-catching front facade. The development's design was a key marketing factor and the photography needed to showcase the architectural elements and prime location. Over various visits, we managed to capture the development at its most impactful when the lighting and seasonal backdrop brought its design to life.
Communal Facilities
One of the key aspects of this development are the unique communal facilities on offer to the residents. This included a residents cinema, gym, co-working space and outdoor area. It was extremely important that the photography showcased these areas to highlight the fantastic facilities on offer to residents.
Apartments
Photography was provided of various apartments and houses throughout the development. The photography needed to showcase the quality of finish, views and various layouts throughout the development so that the selling agent could create bespoke marketing packages for the different apartments. Particular attention needed to be paid to the design of the apartments, which was unique to Brighton & Hove.
