Large scale marketing package delivered for Camden Council & Rapacioli Studio
The Brief
Bespoke Property Marketing was approached to assist with the marketing of two large New Home developments in North London. The project involved photographing 48 vacant apartments, three show homes, communal areas and a wide range of exterior photos of the two new developments.
The shoot was spread across multiple days to allow for access requirements, good weather and to ensure all relevant parties could be present as required.
X+Y
X+Y was made up of a number of low rise blocks and one large high rise block. The show flat was situated in the high rise block and had to be photographed on a sunny day to showcase the view. The show flat was beautifully dressed and featured a number of high-end features which needed to be highlighted in the interior photography.
The concierge area at X+Y had been designed to give the feeling of luxury to the occupants and the photos had to showcase its interesting design and features.
Abbey Cross
The Abbey was situated close to Abbey Road and had been recently completed to exacting standards. The development had two show flats both of which had been dressed to the highest standard. The photography needed to showcase the colour and quirks of the design as well as giving the design team a wide range of images to use across print and online marketing.
Most flats had balconies which overlooked a train line and the photos needed to showcase the outside space whilst not drawing attention to the nearby train line.
The Result
The purpose of this project was to relaunch these developments at the rental market after an initially unsuccessful sales marketing launch. The photos and marketing material needed to be unique and showcase these developments as stylish, premium apartments perfectly suited to professionals. The photos were used across a wide variety of print and online media and helped Camden Council successfully let all 50+ fantastic apartments.
